Shipping policy

Tarrant & Co ships every order free of charge within the United States — no minimum spend, no handling fee at checkout. Here is exactly what to expect once you order.

Where we ship

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery times

  • Order cutoff time: 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this begin processing the following business day, which may add a day to the estimate below.
  • Order handling time: 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, your order is passed to one of our carriers.
  • Transit time: 5–8 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated delivery time: 6–11 business days from order to doorstep.

Weekends and US federal holidays do not count as business days. Orders placed on those days begin processing on the next working day.

Carriers

Deliveries within the United States are handled by USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your parcel depends on its destination and dimensions, and is named on your tracking notification.

Shipping costs

Free shipping applies to every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum order value. As we do not ship outside the US at present, no paid shipping rates apply.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment partner. Allow up to 72 hours for the first scan to register — a number showing no movement immediately after dispatch is normal.

If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Multiple parcels

Orders containing several items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for this, and each parcel carries its own tracking number.

Delivery problems

If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but has not turned up, contact us straight away.

For a parcel showing as delivered, please check with your household, neighbours and building reception first, then your local carrier depot — that resolves most cases. If it does not, get in touch within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work through it with you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. If an order is returned to sender because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
