Before you write
Including these details in your first message usually saves a round trip:
- Your order number — it starts with a # and is in your confirmation email.
- What you'd like to happen — a return, an exchange, a size swap, or just an answer.
- Photos, if an item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered.
Returns: please email us before sending anything back. We reply with a return authorisation and the correct address — parcels that arrive without one can't be matched to an order. Our Edison address is an office, not a returns depot.
